We gladly accept most major PPO dental plans.

We will help to maximize your reimbursements, as well as send you a monthly statement regarding your account. Remember that most providers will typically respond within four to six weeks, so please call our office at (650) 697-0500 if your payment has not appeared on your statement in that time. The remaining balance(s) after insurance payment is the patient’s responsibility, so we thank you in advance for promptly meeting your obligations.

Options for a monthly payment plan are available but must be arranged prior to your procedure or through Sunbit®.

Please remember that patients are ultimately responsible for their fees incurred, regardless of insurance coverage.

If your dental insurance plan is out-of-network, you are still welcome to receive care at our office. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, and our team is happy to submit claims on your behalf to help you receive the maximum reimbursement available. Any remaining balance after insurance payment will be the patient’s responsibility.
